Mr. Kindle served as a CD&R partner from 2008 until 2015, when he transitioned to his role as an operating advisor. He is the former chairman of BCA and Exova. Previously, he was president and CEO of ABB Ltd, the world's leading supplier of electrical and automation equipment, systems, and services. Prior to joining ABB, Mr. Kindle served as president and CEO of Sulzer Ltd, a global industrial engineering and manufacturing company, from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Kindle also served at McKinsey & Company in New York and Zurich.
